Ozanne Customer Analytics Group works with our business partner friends to have fun while we make critical decisions. Our experience shows that intelligent business decisions are made most easily when some fun is involved in relationship building. Having fun allows for innovation and intellectual development. We emphasize four relationship approaches:
- Investigative (for new relationships) — A true relationship demands both partners put effort into the game. In developing a new relationship, we will work with you for the better part of a day to understand your key issues. At that time, you will designate a key decision making adviser responsible for building the relationship. This person will also be responsible for assisting Ozanne Analytics in gaining the data required to address the key issues. Ozanne Analytics will review the data in detail and tell you which of the key questions are addressable and which are not. Then, you decide whether to continue. The cost is $4,000 for this activity. We will put much more time into the analysis than you are paying for, but you put skin in the game. A side value is that we decide if we can build a relationship.
- Project activity — Ozanne Analytics works on specific projects based upon an assessment as outlined above. The cost may vary per project from a relatively tiny amount for a not-for-profit organization to a substantially over $100,000 for complicated projects.
- Consultation – $5,000 per day
- Retainer — We also work on a retainer basis with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we have previously worked extensively. Costs for this service are $3,000 per day.
Nonetheless, problems often come center stage usually because it is difficult to decide which opportunities will provide the greatest return.
Why waste time and effort conducting surveys when the answers to key planning questions reside in your own data?
Before using more energy on concern about key planning issues, contact Ozanne Customer Analytics Group. This key behavioral information shows you what your customer wants. Business intelligent systems using data to drive “dashboard dials” and even the occasionally whistle can be powerful monitoring devices, but they do nothing to build your plans for the future nor do they tell you what your customers think nor how they behave. Behind the dashboard, however, customer behavior resides and your business probably does not use it very well. Several years ago, a Financial Times survey estimated that the best run companies utilize less than seven percent of their useful decision making information. The remainder is wasted.
Ozanne Customer Analytics Group utilizes your proprietary decision making data to help you drive toward data driven alternative futures.
